Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If the item is damaged or defective, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
To start a return, please email us at Support@ThinkCelestialCo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and let you know if your return qualifies for prepaid return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping fees, if applicable).
